This shirt comes from the limited edition Autumn/Winter 2022-2023 collaboration between Yohji Yamamoto's GroundY and renowned Japanese calligrapher Sōun Takeda (武田双雲). The shirt has an oversized design and an asymmetrical front gusset - a tailored split in the bottom hem on one side which enhances the silhouette. Calligraphic work like this is called 書道 (Shodō), which means "the way of writing" and is an art form traditionally done with brush and ink.
