Find our website for more information. --- '92 'Twist' Exhibition Cotton T-Shirt Issey Miyake Size: M 100% cotton Shoulder width: 16.5" / 42 cm Chest width: 16.5" / 42 cm Sleeve length: 9" / 23 cm Body length: 29" / 74 cm --- Cotton T-shirt from the 'Issey Miyake Twist' exhibition held at the Benesse House as the opening exhibition of the Naoshima Contemporary Art Museum between July 11 and November 15, 1992. It consisted entirely of Pleats and Twist clothing, showing the original shape and production process. Issey Miyake, Spring/Summer 1992 was titled 'Twist'. The Benesse House was designed by Tadao Ando and one of his drawings of the building was printed on the front of the T-shirt. The T-shirt was notably worn by Issey Miyake and other staff members while preparing for the exhibition. It fits quite small, but it is meant to be this way. It is in good condition.
