The relationship between Spike Lee and Michael Jordan dates back to the 1980s, when Mars Blackmon, Lee’s character from She’s Gotta Have It, served as the main spokesman in commercials for Air Jordans. To celebrate the partnership, the duo released the Spiz’ike (Spike + Mike) in 2006 showcasing all the shoes Spike Lee has been a part of (Air Jordan 3, 4, 5, 6).
