The New Balance 850 "White/Black/Blue" is an original colorway of the Stephanie Howard-design shoe that was first released in 1996. The upper part of the New Balance 850 consists of a mix of black, blue, and white leather panels and overlays. Void of any midsole branding, an uncommon trait for New Balance designs, this 850 instead laces the lateral heel and tongue with gold embroidery. A customary midsole with a black rubber outsole provides the familiar comfort New Balance is known for. The New Balance 850 initially released in limited quantities at Aime Leon Dore’s Mulberry Street storefront, and a wider release followed online on June 28th, 2019.
