EDITORS'NOTES Balmain incorporates polka-dots in its Spring '24 collection in homage to Pierre Balmain - the retro pattern was one of the late founder's favorites. This skirt is cut from layers of crepe that are pleated for beautiful texture and movement and falls to floaty, ruffled hem.
